Manager, Clinical Operations

Requirements

• Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations
• Participate in the selection for hiring new employees
• Ensure staff has proper materials and systems access to complete job responsibilities
• Manage the quality of assigned staff's clinical work
• Identifies quality risks and issues and create corrective action plans
• May collaborate with other clinical teams and other functional leadership
