Medical Information Specialist with French, English and additional foreign

The Medical Information Specialist with French, English and additional foreign language will provide phone support to health care professionals and patients, receiving and tracking medical inquiries, adverse events, product quality complaints, and other types of calls. They will also establish and maintain effective team communications, build a positive team environment, and participate in training and working groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science is required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in French (native/C2), English (min.C1) and additional foreign language
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organize own workload and effectively manage competing priorities.
