We are looking for a Medical Science Liaison Manager to promote scientific exchange and cooperation with practicing physicians and other external stakeholders in the area of vaccines. The successful candidate will have a professional background in medicine, pharmacy, or natural sciences, and will be responsible for conducting scientific discussions, presentations, and providing medical information.
Requirements
- Completed degree in the field of medicine, pharmacy, natural sciences
- PhD (PhD, Dr. rer. nat., Dr. med., Dr. pharm. etc.) desirable
- Postdoc experience with a translational or clinical focus optional
- Ability to prepare complex scientific data and address-specifically
- Outstanding analytical thinking
- Safe handling of scientific literature and data interpretation
- Digital Fluency: Safe handling of digital tools, openness to new digital systems, high affinity to new technologies
- Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance framework conditions in the pharmaceutical environment
- Fluent German and very good English skills in writing and speaking
- Communication strength: Clear, structured and dialog-oriented
- Stakeholder orientation: Ability to build trustworthy scientific relationships and networks
- Learning agility: Quick integration into new data, processes and therapy areas
- Autonomy: Self-organization in the field
- Travel readiness and flexibility
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and desirable in the area of vaccines or infectious diseases
