Microsoft Dynamics Administrator

The Microsoft Dynamics Administrator is responsible for the evolution and daily management of Microsoft Dynamics Sales Hub and Business Central. The role will provide strategic solutions through software configuration and customization, and provide support to users. The position requires technical knowledge, strong customer service skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• Both Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Business Central experience required
• Experience working as a project manager, software development manager and/or Microsoft Dynamics system administrator
• Strong foundation of technical knowledge, including hands-on experience withMicrosoft Dynamics CRM, as well as a solid understanding ofdatabases,system integrations,software development methodologies, andquality assurance processes
• Strong customer service skills including verbal and written communications
• Superior time management skills including sense of urgency and proactive approach
• An understanding of accounting data and accounting systems
• Strict adherence to professional ethics
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work on and successfully complete multiple projects at the same time
• At least three years of relevant technology experience in related technical environment preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
