Job Description
The Oncology Clinical Nurse Educator will provide clinical expertise to HCPs and staff through education and utilization of clinical skills, helping to improve patient outcomes. The role requires educating oncologists' support team about the disease state of gastric, esophageal, and GEJ cancer, and delivering on-label education anchored in AE management. The OCNE will also develop and execute geographical based strategic and tactical plans to meet customer and business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent
- Registered Nurse license
- Active health care license in at least one state in the territory covered
- 3+ year of clinical experience in oncology, OCN Required, GI oncology experience a plus
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the oncology market
- Demonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding responsibilities, goals, & objectives
- Demonstrated track record of educating, relationship building, & presentation skills
- A valid driver’s license
