Oncology Regional Sales Director

You will lead a sales team to promote products to targeted physicians and develop strategies to drive sales and marketing. The role requires experience in the Oncology marketplace, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and coach high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree - Advanced Degree Preferred
• 7+ Years of Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry experience
• Experience in the Oncology marketplace required
• 2+ Years of regional Oncology field management experience
• Excellent organizational skills, especially in project planning, project implementation, and cross-functional team management
