Patient Site Engagement Manager

The Patient Site Engagement Manager will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of patient insights, market landscape, and site needs to inform the development of robust recruitment, retention, and site engagement strategies and solutions. They will own the development of clinical program recruitment, retention, and site engagement strategy, and partner with operation recruitment leads to ensure seamless delivery and execution of strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 7 years of progressive business experience in strategic and/or digital marketing and/or clinical operations
• Experience in Strategy Development & Execution, Analysis, Customer & Market Landscape Knowledge, Medical Strategy
• Self-starter, innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with overall business acumen
• Strategic thinking, proactivity, analytical thinking, innovative thinking, creative problem solving and critical thinking, interpersonal flexibility, challenge status quo, ability to influence diverse teams without direct authority, cultural/market adaptability, strong cross-functional collaboration / teamwork, strong communication/presentation/writing skills, experience of successfully working in a heavily matrix organization, effective networker, proficient in using PowerPoint
