Job Description
Patient Site Engagement Manager will work with cross-functional teams to develop robust recruitment, retention, and site engagement strategies, and partner with operation recruitment leads to ensure seamless delivery and execution of strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or related advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of progressive business experience in strategic marketing, clinical operations, or patient recruitment/retention & site engagement
- Strategy Development & Execution, Analysis, Customer & Market Landscape Knowledge, Medical Strategy
