Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter - Contractor

You will find qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates and work with internal hiring managers to fill open positions. Develop and execute a recruiting strategy, source candidates, screen and interview candidates, and manage candidate progression.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years’ full cycle recruitment background
• Strong recruitment experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
• Strong computer skills
• Prior experience selecting candidates using behavioral interview techniques
