Requirements

• Drive financial growth of Practice Area, owning the Practice net new business and revenue targets
• Lead Account Management and collaborate with Business Development teams and other subject matter experts to develop and implement strong Account Growth Plans
• Maintain Leader-level client relationships for key companies / accounts
• Generate strong profile outside IQVIA and form relationships with senior client and industry decision makers to generate new business opportunities
• Take accountability for high quality, winning new business proposals
• Maintain quality and effectiveness of Practice service delivery through leadership of Account Management and delivery teams
