The Principal (m/w/d) - Analytics & Consulting, Pharma / Life Sciences role involves delivering outstanding client service, building trusted relationships with clients, and taking on various roles including client/project leadership, business development, and firm/operational leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, extensive experience in consulting, and expertise in client delivery, project management, and business development. They will be able to work collaboratively across complex networks, both internally and with clients, and influence organizations. The role requires entrepreneurial attitude, innovative mindset, and strong hunting skills, balanced with long-term strategic thinking for account development.

Requirements

• Act as principal owner of client engagements
• Develop close client relationships up to C-suite level
• Create and elevate new business opportunities
• Allocate direction, advice, and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams
• Form pursuit teams for larger engagements
• Oversee the delivery in a Principal-in-Charge (PIC) role
• Lead thought leadership and firm building initiatives
• Remain current on industry, clients, and competitive trends
• Contribute to the enhanced awareness of Analytics & Consulting services
• Mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise with others
