Project Lead - Bioresearch Laboratory in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Lead bioanalytical work, method development, and study sample analysis. Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and documentation teams. Manage and develop teams. Develop and publish scientific papers and articles. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Pharmaceutics or other related life sciences
- Hands-on experience in small molecule regulated bioanalytical experiments
- Experience in scientific, technical troubleshooting, and guiding high performing small molecule teams
- Proven ability in managing and developing teams
