Project Manager, IQVIA Institute for Human Data Science

Project Manager, IQVIA Institute for Human Data Science is responsible for managing funded research projects, client relationships, and new business opportunities. The role requires project management skills, client management, and relationship building skills, as well as knowledge of consulting and research methodologies, tools, and techniques related to functional area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health or other related field
• 5-8 years of post-undergraduate experience or 3-5 years of post-Masters experience
• Solid project management skills and client management and relationship building skills
• Experience with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the life science industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
• Knowledge of consulting and research methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area
• Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life science industry and healthcare system across countries
• Necessary subject matter expertise to effectively manage projects
• Results oriented approach to work delivery and output
• Effective communication - strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
• Quality: High attention to detail and accuracy in work
• IT skills: Proficient software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
• Collaboration: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
• Ability to work across geographies displaying high awareness and understanding of cultural differences
