Job Description
The QC & Training Manager will be responsible for oversight on end-to-end clinical trial activities from a quality perspective. This role will ensure quality compliance and training for clinical trial teams, and work with vendors to ensure audit/inspection readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and excellent conflict management skills, with experience in handling audits & inspections, and thorough knowledge of recent GCP guidelines, ICMR guidelines, Drugs and Cosmetic Act regulations, and other applicable regulations.
Requirements
- B Pharma
- M Pharma/PG Diploma in Clinical Research
- Experience: >5 years in a CRO/Pharma/Biotech organization in Quality department with experience of Quality activities in Clinical Research department
- Strong eye for detail and ability to spot inconsistencies a must and good conflict management skills
- Thorough knowledge of recent GCP guidelines, ICMR guidelines, Drugs and Cosmetic Act regulations and other applicable regulations pertaining to clinical trials
