Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance Manager role requires leading and coordinating quality activities across customer accounts, functional teams, and quality management systems at a regional and/or global level. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic quality professional with strong judgement, communication skills, and a collaborative leadership approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Commercial Patient Support experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or a related quality/compliance environment
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and regulatory expectations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‐management skills
• Strong problem‐solving, risk assessment and decision‐making capability
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, technical or regulated environments
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development processes
• Experience delivering training or coaching others
