We are looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) for a nationwide team build-up in the Dermatology area starting on May 1, 2026. The Regional Manager will lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers, translate national strategy into regional action plans, and establish a strong performance and responsibility culture.
Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration (according to § 75 AMG)
- Several years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Thorough knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market and compliance requirements
- High travel readiness
- Fluent German skills (C1-C2)
