Resource Manager

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Resource Manager to play a strategic role in shaping how capability, capacity, and talent are deployed across our Commercial Consulting team.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, or deployment roles within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated experience operating at both strategic and executional levels, translating business strategy into workforce outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of utilisation, margin, and delivery economics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, ambiguous decision-making environments.
• Advanced analytical capability, with experience using workforce and financial data to drive insight and action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
