Scientific Director

We're looking for a Scientific Director to co-lead a global, exciting and fast-paced publications team in neuromuscular disease. You will partner with senior global clients on high-impact publications and publications strategy, plus some medical affairs. This is a great opportunity to take the next step into senior account leadership, build deep relationships with clients, and lead a large, supportive, fun team.

Requirements

• A number of years' experience working in a medical writing role, including publications, within a medical communications agency environment.
• Experience writing across a broad range of deliverables and formats for a variety of medical audiences.
• Experience reviewing and overseeing other writers, ideally including line management.
• Growing leadership skills and a desire to lead a global team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues, clients and external experts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work to deadlines and juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality control.
