Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury team. The role involves managing a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters and working on complex, high-value claims. As an integral part of the team, you will have exposure to high-quality work, autonomy, and clear career progression within a small, friendly, and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- 7 years+ PQE Experience within Clinical Negligence
- Able to manage cases independently and confidently
- Excellent relationship management skills, compassionate and professional
- Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail
- Experience driving business development opportunities
- Exposure to Media, Marketing and public-facing work
- Previous experience supervising and supporting junior lawyers would be beneficial
- Strong team player
