The Senior Associate, Global Mobility is responsible for providing expert support in managing the relocation and immigration processes for employees, executives, and their families. This includes assisting with visa applications, work permits, residency processes, and providing guidance on the relocation logistics such as housing, schooling, and cultural adaptation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international relations, business, HR, or a related field (preferred)
- 2- 4 years previous experience in immigration law, HR, relocation services, or a similar role
- Knowledge of global immigration laws and relocation practices
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using HRIS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Multilingual skills are a plus (depending on the region served)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Strong analytical and research skills
