Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Life Sciences
• 10–15 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst, including 6 years in a Central Lab or Clinical Trials environment preferred
• Deep understanding of business applications and client requirements in a regulated setting
• Demonstrated experience producing high-quality requirements artifacts (BRDs, functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mappings) and partnering across Business/IT
• Working knowledge of regulated expectations for computerized systems used in clinical research
• Strong SQL skills for querying data in complex systems
• Experience with PowerBI
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams
