Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
- At least 4 years of on-site monitoring experience, with preference for oncology trials and haematology.
- Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technology.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective in managing time and finances.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
