Senior Manager Supply Chain

We are looking for a Senior Manager Supply Chain to play a pivotal role in enabling capital-efficient, profitable, and compliant growth for our $9+ Billion per year Orthopaedics business. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management or other Business roles
• Strong analytical capability to understand sophisticated demand planning topics, identify patterns and drivers, and implement data-driven changes to improve forecast accuracy and reliability
• Strong communication, advocacy, and decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate across geographies in a complex, matrix environment
• People leadership skills, including the ability to develop and lead diverse teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
• Proven expertise in process management and leading cross-functional global projects
• Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
• Demonstrated financial acuity, with the ability to link operational decisions to business financial outcomes, including cost optimization and capital efficiency
