Job Description
The Sr Manager, DPS Supply Chain Solutions plays a pivotal role in enabling capital-efficient, profitable, and compliant growth for a $9+ Billion per year Orthopaedics business through supporting improved forecast accuracy, effective asset management, and new capability deployment globally. The position will deploy the DPS In-market Supply Chain Operating Model across the top markets globally, driving operational performance to support profitable growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management
- Strong analytical capability
- Strong communication, advocacy, and decision-making skills
- People leadership skills
- Proven expertise in process management and leading cross-functional global projects
