Senior Scientist, Pharmacometrics

We are searching for a Senior Scientist, Pharmacometrics to support the Pharmacometrics Leader in developing and executing Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) Modeling and Simulation activities. The role will involve generating R programming scripts, data analysis, and interpretation of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics (CPP) studies.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical development experience
• Expertise with R programming language and R function creation
• A fundamental understanding of clinical drug development and PK & PK/PD population PK modeling concepts
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and eCTD
• Data-handling skills and solid understanding of clinical database structures such as SDTM and ADAM
