Job Description
Amgen is seeking a Specialist SAP Architect, Indirect Tax Solutions to architect, design, and implement indirect tax solutions such as Vertex and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. The role requires experience in implementing and configuring SAP Document and Reporting Compliance modules and integrating Vertex with SAP solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP Document and Reporting Compliance modules such as e-invoicing, withholding tax, and real-time reporting
- Hands on experience in configuring Vertex and integrating with SAP solutions such as S/4HANA Core, Ariba, SAP Master Data Governance, etc.
- Strong SAP FICO experience and knowledge of global tax regulations, including VAT/GST, sales tax, and eTax regulations such as SAF-T
- Proficiency in SAP Advanced Intercompany, SAP Material Ledger, and optimized transfer pricing setup in SAP
- Experience in Corporate Tax suite, Automation, and Reporting
- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Certification in Vertex (or) SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (Mandatory)
- Certification in Thomson Reuters (preferred)
- Relevant SAP S/4HANA FICO certification (preferred)
