You will lead daily operations of the filling line, train and mentor team members, and ensure the production of quality products.
Requirements
- Uses appropriate interpersonal styles, training methods, and leadership to guide individuals and groups toward task accomplishment
- Coordinates the efficient operation of bulk manufacturing/filling area
- Ensures finished product is in accordance with GMP requirements
- Troubleshoots operational and production problems
- Provides leadership and coordination for parts preparation, parts maintenance, and 5S practices
