System Administration II - Clinical Systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of experience in enterprise systems administration and infrastructure support, Preferably from Clinical SAS, Clinical EDC or any Clinical Systems
• Advanced technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware, MCSE, SAP) preferred
• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and infrastructure management
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with backup systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
• Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, and security protocols
• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with diverse teams
• Available for rotating on-call and emergency support as needed
• GxP/FDA regulated environment experience preferred
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• SAS based systems maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
