Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience in enterprise systems administration and infrastructure support, Preferably from Clinical SAS, Clinical EDC or any Clinical Systems
- Advanced technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware, MCSE, SAP) preferred
- Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and infrastructure management
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with backup systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
- Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, and security protocols
- Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with diverse teams
- Available for rotating on-call and emergency support as needed
- GxP/FDA regulated environment experience preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- SAS based systems maintenance experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
