Job Description
We are seeking a Team Lead HEVA to enhance People & Culture, create synergies, and provide functional and operational direction to one therapy area and processes. The successful candidate will lead a team of writers, coach and develop expert and senior writers, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HEOR for the pharmaceuticals industry, CRO consultancy or academia with some leadership experience.
- Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
