Team Lead Software Development for KV Solutions (m/w/d) full remote

Leading a team of 20 employees, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely implementation of software projects. Requires experience with.NET/C#, Azure DevOps, and Git, as well as leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable technical field – or equivalent practical experience
• Very good knowledge of.NET/C# as the central technology stack
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Build Tools, NuGet Management, and CI/CD Pipelines
• Proven experience in leading technical teams
• Experience in designing and leading modern development processes
• Highly developed leadership skills as well as experience in coaching and team development
• Decision-making ability, strategic thinking, and high personal responsibility
• Very good communication skills at all levels (internal & external)
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment
• Fluent German and English skills
