The Technical Product Support Engineer role is part of a dynamic data operations team at IQVIA, focused on analyzing and resolving data discrepancies, writing and troubleshooting SQL queries, and supporting data quality across healthcare analytics platforms.
Requirements
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting on open incident / issue
- Document, communicate and analyze data discrepancy.
- Identify any issue on programming code and provide the technical solution/workaround.
- Create SQL database queries to verify published data requests, retrieve specific data sets and results as needed for validation purposes.
