Communications Coordinator 1 (Call Center - Shift: 8PM - 8AM)

Join LifeLink as a Communications Coordinator 1 to contribute to their life-saving mission. You will be responsible for incoming calls, screening and routing donor referral calls, and maintaining data entry records. This is an entry-level position in the Communications Services Department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of computer, mouse, and windows application
• Ability to speak and enunciate clearly with a pleasant phone voice and a positive attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle numerous incoming calls
• Must be flexible with schedule and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
