As a Director, Hospital Development, you will contribute to the organization's mission and work in a team-oriented, interactive environment. The role involves hospital development operational activities, program management, staff coaching, and leadership. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing goals, monitoring performance, establishing professional standards, and maintaining communication with Executive leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Hospital Development Manager or equivalent experience
- 4-year college degree in marketing, social work, or comparable field
- Demonstrated proficiencies in program management, staff coaching, physician education, customer service, problem resolution, leadership, and successful development of assigned areas of responsibility
- Ability to maximize utilization of external and internal resources in overall program development
- Demonstrated ability to successfully apply sound judgement and effective supervisory/management skills and relationship building techniques
- Above average public speaking and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain an open line of communication with Executive Leadership
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate problem solving skills
