Job Description
Join LifeLink and contribute to their life-saving mission as a Performance Improvement Specialist. Support the planning and implementation of systematic approaches to improve clinical and operational outcomes, and facilitate targeted and measurable improvement activities. Work with a passionate and supportive team across Florida, Georgia, and Puerto Rico.
Requirements
- Support the planning, set-up, execution, and follow-up of performance improvement initiatives
- Facilitate and provide leadership to highly functioning workgroup teams
- Develop project charters, plans, and documents
- Identify and implement data-driven strategies
- Create and maintain timely and thorough progress reports
- Execute pilots, time studies, process observations, and other information gathering activities
- Develop and report key metrics to demonstrate improvement in quality
- Lead and guide teams through policy and protocol development and updates
- Actively participate in quarterly Process/Performance Improvement Committee (PIC) meetings
