Join Palm Beach International Academy as an In-Person Academic Coach and help shape an exceptional learning experience for students in Boca Raton. As a founding member of a new nonprofit school, you'll thrive within our innovative hybrid flexible learning environment and support a thriving school community.
Requirements
- Plan, organize, and implement personalized programs in an in-person instructional environment
- Collaborate with instructional staff and school personnel to support students' academic plans
- Provide authentic, meaningful feedback on assignments via the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage discussion boards to encourage student participation
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities to facilitate learning experiences
- Welcome new students, engage them in goal-setting, and monitor their progress
- Implement effective interventions to ensure student success
- Provide regular communication to students and parents via various means
