Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

LifeMD is a leading digital healthcare company seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to monitor billing operations, resolve issues, and enhance patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring day-to-day flow, performing payer accounts receivable follow-up, and collaborating with the Revenue Cycle Manager and Finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in medical billing, coding, denial management, and reimbursement
• 1+ years of experience with Medicare, especially telehealth
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) via AAPC or CCS, CCS-P or CCA via AHIMA
• Proficiency with revenue cycle management software such as Availity, commercial and Medicare payer portals and Google Suite
