Job Description
LifeMD is a leading digital healthcare company seeking a Senior Compounding Pharmacist to join their fast-growing compounding pharmacy in Lancaster, PA. The role involves overseeing formulation accuracy, compliance, and workflow optimization, as well as supervising technicians and collaborating with clinical and quality teams.
Requirements
- PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in good standing (state-specific)
- 5+ years of compounding pharmacy experience
- Strong working knowledge of USP <795> and <800>
- Experience supervising or mentoring technicians
- Experience with pharmacy management systems and batch compounding
