Childrens Services Coordinator

LifeMoves is seeking a Children's Services Coordinator to support families experiencing homelessness in San Mateo, CA. The coordinator will create and lead programs for children and youth to support school success, emotional growth, and family engagement, and will work with parents, schools, and community partners to connect families to needed resources and create a positive experience for every child.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED with 2-5 years of equivalent experience
• Comfortable using basic technology, including phone and messaging systems, email, Microsoft and Google Suites, and databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Emotional Regulation and Crisis Intervention skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and ability to build strong relationships with clients and community partners
