Residential Service Coordinators-Julian St. Inn

Residential Service Coordinators support the daily operations of the Julian Street Inn by providing crisis response, monitoring site safety, managing facility meals and supplies, and conducting welcomes, move-ins, and move-outs. They work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, or 2 years of directly related experience in homelessness or human services
• Willingness and ability to work with people from all backgrounds with care, respect, and empathy
• Emotional regulation, growth mindset, team and independence, documentation, organization, and prioritization
