Job Description
LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Service Coordinator to support their Branham Lane program site in San Jose, CA. The coordinator will provide crisis response, daily operations support, and a safe and welcoming environment for clients. This is a temporary role for approximately three months with the possibility of continued employment at a different LifeMoves Interim housing site.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of consistent equivalent experience in related field
- Ability to work with people from all backgrounds with care, respect, and empathy
- Emotional regulation, growth mindset, team and independence, documentation, organization/prioritization, technology
- Physical demands: talk, hear, communicate, use hands or fingers, handle objects, stand, walk, sit, reach, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
