Job Description
LifeMoves is seeking a Part Time Residential Services Coordinator to work at the Navigation Center in Redwood City, CA. The coordinator will provide supportive services to clients, monitor site safety, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of experience in a related field. The coordinator will work a P/T Swing shift, 4pm-12:30am, Saturday-Sunday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of consistent equivalent experience in related field may substitute for formal education
- Direct involvement in peer advocacy, community outreach, housing services or roles within the homelessness services field
- Basic technology skills, including phone and messaging systems, email, Microsoft and Google Suites, and databases
- Ability to work with people from all backgrounds with care, respect, and empathy
- Emotional regulation and ability to manage stress and emotions professionally
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and initiative to ensure smooth operations
