Residential Services Coordinator

LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to provide support to 39 individual veterans experiencing homelessness in San Carlos, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, providing crisis response, and connecting clients to resources.

Requirements

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to appropriate resources as needed
• Support daily operations by responding to needs and questions from clients, volunteers, donors, and visitors
• Monitor site safety through regular rounds and camera observation
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations
• Support team collaboration by creating reports and participating in meetings
• Maintain a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, boundaries, and professionalism
• Conduct welcomes, move-ins, transitions, and move-outs
• Fully participate in all required trainings and attend continuing education opportunities
