The Residential Services Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, including responding to crises, welcoming new clients, and organizing supplies. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate and professional support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of consistent equivalent experience in related field
• Comfortable using basic technology, including phone and messaging systems, email, Microsoft and Google Suites, and databases
