TEMP. Childrens Services Coordinator

LifeMoves is a nonprofit organization that provides housing and services for neighbors experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. The Family Crossroads Children's Services Coordinator role supports clients in achieving housing stability, self-sufficiency, and overall well-being through case management, resource connections, and community collaboration.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in a related field (or High School Diploma/GED with 2-5 years of equivalent experience)
• Basic technology skills, including phone and messaging systems, email, Microsoft and Google Suites, and databases
• Care, Respect, Empathy, Emotional Regulation, Documentation, Organization/Prioritization, Advocacy Skills, Resource Identification, Research Skills, Partnership Engagement, Group Facilitation Skills, and Specific Knowledge in children resources and services
