Web and Digital Experience Specialist

The Web & Digital Experience Specialist will manage and support the maintenance, operation, and development of our mission-critical websites, portals and e-commerce solutions. This position will lead the day-to-day efforts of our various web experience programs including gathering functional requirements, designing and overseeing development of new experiences, implementing ongoing website content updates, planning, and testing integrations, validating new digital tools, and making key decisions based on user data and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Five (5) years of project management experience in web design and development
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar
• Experience working at a digital agency or consulting firm
• Experience using software such as Jira, Drupal, or Magento
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload
