Job Description
Director of Strategic Initiatives responsible for supporting diligence of strategic investments, conducting market research, and driving operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
- Support diligence of all strategic investments and client relationships
- Conduct analysis to develop strategic roadmap
- Work cross functionally with facilities, operations, business development, quality and other functional groups
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
- Support investment analysis across cross-functional teams
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of healthcare services
- Collaborate with executives and department heads to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
- Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership
