Outpatient TMS Psychiatrist

LifeStance Health is seeking an Outpatient TMS Psychiatrist to join their multidisciplinary group. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in TMS, a commitment to teamwork, and a focus on patient outcomes, quality care, and program growth.

Requirements

• Participate in training to develop TMS skills, if not already experienced
• Commit to at least two in-person clinic days per week for mapping and remapping visits
• Conduct initial patient assessments (in person or via telehealth), confirm diagnoses, and document medical necessity
• Closely oversee the TMS technician, co-sign daily treatment notes, and be readily available for clinical questions
• Monitor patient progress, adjust protocols as needed, and provide discharge summaries to the primary/referring psychiatric clinician
• Represent the TMS program to internal and external clinicians, to educate, and coordinate care
