Child Welfare Case Manager

The Child Welfare Case Manager position requires advanced knowledge in social work or human behavioral studies to provide services and support to families in the Dependency Court system or those who voluntarily request in-home services. The role involves ensuring that every child has a permanent home that provides physical and emotional safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and 4 years of full-time social work or human services experience
• Associate degree or 60+ credit hours from an accredited college or university and 2 years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree for those without relevant professional experience, social work, or human services experience
• Certified or Eligible to obtain certification as a Child Welfare Case Manager (CWCM)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate
• Valid driver's license from the state in which you reside, good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy
