Child Welfare Case Manager Senior

The Child Welfare Case Manager Senior provides advanced knowledge in the field of social work or human behavioral studies to ensure the safety and well-being of children. The role involves providing services and support to families in the Dependency Court system and those who request in-home services. Responsible for taking actions to ensure every child has a permanent home that provides physical and emotional safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and four years of full-time social work or human services experience
• Associate degree or 60+ credit hours from an accredited college or university and two years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree for those without relevant professional experience, social work, or human services experience
• Certified as Child Welfare Case Manager
• Minimum of two years' experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and insurable under corporate policy
