Job Description
Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is a nationwide team providing jobs for people with significant disabilities, including war-wounded veterans. The Shift Leader is responsible for safely performing contract duties and providing quality customer service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in custodial or related services
- 1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Ability to work independently and interact with customers and team members
- Physical ability to perform general tasks and pass organization screening requirements
