The Parts Associate assists with the day to day functions of the Parts department by filling parts orders for direct customers and Technicians. This position involves assisting customers at the parts counter, identifying required part(s) needed by customer and processing the order, and receiving incoming deliveries, inspecting parts and entering them in computer for inventory purposes.
Requirements
- High school completion or equivalent experience
- Up to 2 - 5 yearsâ work experience
- General knowledge of standard material handling parts and accessories (asset)
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Planning and organizing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, process large volumes, work well under pressure
- Customer service oriented and a team player
- Maintain accurate records
