Job Description
Welcome to the world of land-based gaming. At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe. As a Field Service Tech II, you will be instrumental in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting our award-winning games at our customer sites.
Requirements
- Perform Preventative maintenance on EGM’s (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG’s (Electronic Table Games), and equipment
- Ensure proper operations of the EGM’s, and ETG’s via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing
- Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM’s status
- Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standards
- Complete required maintenance records in a clear and precise manner
- Complete detailed daily/weekly tech logs
- Adhere to L&W's Field Service established standards, policies, and procedures
- Follow L&W's safety procedures (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, and electricity)
- Ensures all tools and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working condition
